Calor Gas

If you already have a Calor Gas cylinder, you can request to have a refill by using the attached form.

Please remember to tell us the type of gas (propane, butane, patio gas etc) and the size of the cylinder.

We are able to deliver to your home in Essex only. If you do live in Essex, please let us know your address.

If you live outside Essex, please indicate from which of our 19 locations you would like to pick up your gas and we will ensure that stock is available.

Delivery

Click and Collect Service

All our products are available to collect from your local Ernest Doe branch. After you have placed your order we will contact you to advise when your order will be available to pickup. This may take 3-5 days depending if your order is subject to a Pre Delivery Inspection*.

Royal Mail Post

Postage rates vary depending upon location within the UK.

up to 1kg = £4.50 small parcel only second class
1Kg – 2kg = £6.50 medium parcel only second class
2kg + = £7.95 via DPD (Mainland UK Only)

Postal option only available on selected products and only available within the UK.

Local Delivery

We can offer local delivery to UK customers within a certain radius of our Ernest Doe branches.

Standard Local Delivery = £18

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver within the congestion charging zone.

UK Courier

For certain larger products we offer a mainland UK delivery service for a flat rate of £40.00. Available when you see the “courier” delivery option.

*Pre Delivery Inspection - Items marked with the PDI flag indicate that the machine is fully assembled, tested and run up ready to use. Including all oils.
