New to Atco is the Liner 22SH BBC, our top of the range roller mower packed with innovations including Blade Brake Clutch (BBC) technology that help to make it the ultimate roller mower for both homeowners and professional users.
Powered by a powerful 163cc Honda GXV160 engine the technical BBC feature allows blade disengagement without turning off the engine, making it easy to empty the grass bag.
Featuring innovative cutting technology, the Twinclip blade with four cutting edges instead of two makes tackling the grass an effortless task. The leading edge reduces the initial length of the grass with the following edge cutting the finished length down to the desired height. The extra finely cut clippings are blown into the large 80 litre collector and deliver a typical 20% increase in collection capacity. Height of cut is adjusted using a single lever and there are 8 pre-set cutting heights from 13mm-65mm.
The chassis is a unique hybrid design with a galvanised and powder coated deep drawn pressed steel cutting chamber with a J section lip for increased stiffness and the rigidity of the cast aluminium conveyor at the rear of the machine incorporating the lower handlebar mountings. The conveyor is the perfect shape to maximise air flow which is further enhanced by fins moulded into the anti-scalp plate at the front of the mower.
Cleaning after use is facilitated using a hose connection fitted to the chassis. The robust handles are quickly and easily adjusted to a choice of 3 different positions making it easy to find the most comfortable position for use.
